Aidfy.org, operated and maintained by SARC Impact Foundation, a Section 8 company (Reg. No: U85300UP2021NPL152338), strives to ensure transparency, integrity, and accountability in all donations and transactions processed through our platform.

We are committed to addressing all genuine concerns related to donations and sponsorships made via Aidfy.org. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. General Refunds

Aidfy.org works diligently to accurately represent the purpose, urgency, and credibility of the fundraising campaigns listed on the platform. We also take care to ensure that all donation transactions are processed securely through our third-party payment gateways.

However, under special circumstances, donors may be eligible for a refund. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by SARC Impact Foundation.

2. Refunds for Donations or Sponsorships

While all donations made through Aidfy.org are generally considered non-refundable, exceptions may be made under the following conditions:

  • If a duplicate donation was made due to technical or user error.

  • If there was an unauthorized transaction or fraudulent activity.

  • If the donation amount was incorrect due to system error.

  • If there is a genuine change of mind, reported within 48 hours of the donation.

  • If a campaign is found to be inactive, fraudulent, or in violation of our platform’s terms and conditions before fund disbursement.

In such cases, donors are requested to reach out to us via the contact details provided below, along with relevant transaction details (date, amount, mode of payment, campaign name, etc.).

3. Refund Process

Upon receiving a valid request:

  • Our team will initiate an internal review, including communication with the campaigner (if applicable).

  • If approved, refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during the donation.

  • The refund process may take up to 7–14 working days, depending on the bank/payment gateway.

4. No Refunds After Fund Disbursement

Please note that once the funds have been disbursed to the campaigner/beneficiary, Aidfy.org is not liable to process any refunds. Donors are advised to donate only after reviewing the campaign content and verifying their intent.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide your:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Transaction ID

  • Date & Amount of Donation

  • Reason for Refund Request

6. Policy Updates
