Aidfy.org does not typically offer physical goods or commercial services for sale. However, in cases where campaigners may offer non-monetary tokens of appreciation (e.g., acknowledgment certificates, campaign merchandise, etc.), these are provided solely as a goodwill gesture and are not subject to standard commercial return policies.

Return Requests for Non-Donation Items

If you receive a campaign-related item (such as a gift or acknowledgment token) that is damaged or incorrect, you may raise a return request within 7 working days of receipt by writing to support@aidfy.org. Please include:

• Full name and contact details

• Campaign name and transaction reference

• Description and photograph of the item received

We will coordinate with the concerned campaigner to assist you. Please note that Aidfy.org only facilitates communication between donors and campaigners in such cases and is not responsible for fulfillment logistics or quality control of these items.

Non-Returnable Items

All donation acknowledgments, digital content, or campaign updates shared via email or online platforms are non-returnable and intended solely for informational or engagement purposes.
