Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://aidfy.org website operated by SARC Impact Foundation, a Section 8 Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 (Registration No: U85300UP2021NPL152338).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, donors, campaigners, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Use of the Website

Aidfy.org provides a crowdfunding platform to raise funds for social, medical, educational, disaster relief, and other charitable causes. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate the rights of any third party.

2. Donations / Purchases

If you wish to make a donation or a purchase via Aidfy.org, you may be asked to supply certain personal or financial information relevant to processing your donation. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected, stored, and used.

All donations made through Aidfy.org are final and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances subject to review and approval by SARC Impact Foundation.

3. Campaign Content and Responsibility

Our platform may allow individuals or organizations (“Campaigners”) to create campaigns, post content, share stories, images, videos, and other media. Aidfy.org reserves the right to review, moderate, or remove any content deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, fraudulent, or irrelevant to the platform’s purpose without prior notice.

Campaigners are solely responsible for the accuracy, authenticity, and legality of the content they post. Aidfy.org is not responsible for verifying the correctness of information provided in campaigns, but may request validation documents.

4. Donation Allocation

Donors acknowledge and agree that:

  • A portion of donations received may be allocated to platform maintenance, administrative expenses, payment gateway charges, advertising, and promotional activities.

  • The remaining funds will be directed to the campaigners to execute their projects or fulfill the purposes mentioned in their campaigns.

  • Aidfy.org or SARC Impact Foundation may exercise discretion in fund disbursement schedules, use of raised funds, or reallocation in case of misuse, fraud, or abandonment.

5. User Conduct

By using this platform, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.

  • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

  • Misrepresent yourself or your campaign.

  • Use the platform to solicit or promote political or personal agendas not aligned with charitable causes.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your access or ban from the platform.

6. Third-Party Links

Aidfy.org may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SARC Impact Foundation. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You further acknowledge that Aidfy.org shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by use of or reliance on any such third-party services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aidfy.org, SARC Impact Foundation, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aidfy.org or SARC Impact Foundation be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
