Program Overview:

This 5-day (offline & non-residential) Faculty Development Program (FDP) is designed to equip educators and incubation managers with the necessary skills and knowledge to mentor and support student and faculty innovation projects and startup ideas. Participants will gain insights into essential resources, methodologies, and best practices to guide aspiring student entrepreneurs effectively.

Who Should Apply?

This program is ideal for educators and incubation managers from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) who are committed to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship on campus. Eligible participants include:
✅ Faculty leading Institution Innovation Councils (IICs), IEDCs, E-Cells, Entrepreneurship Clubs, or similar initiatives.
✅ Faculty who have mentored students for competitions like hackathons, Smart India Hackathon, or entrepreneurial ventures.
✅ Individuals involved in incubation centers or innovation-related activities.
✅ Faculty with expertise in product design, business strategy, technology development, Intellectual Property (IP), and technology transfer.
✅ Faculty engaged in product development or externally/internally funded projects.
